لعلاج النفسى التقليدى بمسايد الطرق الصوفيه دراسة وصفية تحليلية فى علم النفس العلاجى عن تصنيف وتشخيص وعلاج الإضطرابات النفسية والإتجاهات نحو التكامل

Abstract:
This study attempts to investigate the traditional healing of psychological disorders in Sophia Centres (Maseeds) in central Sudan. The study attempts to know how Sheikh in traditional healing centres classify, diagnose, and treat psychological disorders. This can be achieved through knowing the most frequent psychological disorder in these centres, comparing the methods of diagnosis, classifications, and treatment adopted by Sheikh to those applied in modern psychotherapy centres. To achieve these objectives, the researcher applied the descriptive method, she also designed four questionnaires: the first for Sheikh, the second for psychiatrist, and the third for patients and the fourth for co-patients. The number of each group is as follows: (10) Sheikhs, (10) psychiatrists, (122) patients and (92) co-patients. The researcher applied descriptive statistics; the data presented in graphs, percentages and crosstabulation for describing the data, and also using: T-test, Anova and Manova, Welcoxon Sign Ranks test and X2 by computer, using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), the most important results of the present study as follows: - There is a similarity of diagnosing all psychological disorders, depending on the knowledge of the Sheikh about signs and symptoms and the causes of these disorders - There is a relation between the treatment of disorders with the spiritual believes about these disorders, in addition to social status of the Sheikh, and the persuasion of the patients and co-patients of this spiritual treatment - There are many assisting factors in the process of treatment in the Sophia centres and this resemble to some extent what is happening in modern psychiatric cenres such: cognitive therapy, counseling and rehabilitation treatment - The Sheikh of Sophia centres (Masseds) have got their own classification of psychological disorders based on symptoms and signs in addition to dominant social believe. - There is statistically significant difference in times of follow-up, duration of residence and times of visits to both traditional healing cenres (Maseeds) and to hospital in favor of traditional centres (Maseeds). - There is statistically significant difference in he period of healing according to the type of disorder both in integrated and traditional therapy. Also there is a significant interaction between type of disorder with the type of response to duration of healing in both traditional and integrated therapy - The psychological disorders taken to the modern psychiatric clinics in most are specially those do not respond to traditional method treatment and need medical care in all phases - The Sophia Sheikh has got the interest to cooperate with modern centres, and the same interest also found among psychiatrist to cooperate. - The co-patients prefer to take their relatives to Maseeds because of various reasons including the social perspective towards mentally ill and their belief in Sheikh’s spiritual greases. The research concluded by citing the references and the recommendation of the present results

ﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺩﻱ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁـﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼـﻭﻓﻴﺔ، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺸﻤﻠﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻨﻴﻑ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺹ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﻟﻠﻤﺭﻀﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺭﺩﺩﻴﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺍﻻﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴـﻴﺔ ﺍﻟـﻭﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﻟﺘﻠـﻙ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺎﻴﺩ ﻭﺘﻜﺭﺍﺭﻫﺎ ﻭﻤﺩﺓ ﺇﻗﺎﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻲ ﺒﻬﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺍﻜﺯ ﻤﻘﺎﺭﻨﺔ ﺒﺈﻗﺎﻤﺘﻬﻡ ﺒﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻭﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺹ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﻟﻼﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘـﻲ ﺘﻤـﺎﺭﺱ ، ﻭﻤﻘﺎﺭﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺼﻨﻴﻑ ﺍﻟـﺫﻱ ﻴﺴـﺘﺨﺩﻤﻪ ﺸـﻴﻭﺥ ﺍﻟﻁـﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼـﻭﻓﻴﺔ ، ﺒﻬﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﻟﻼﻀﻁﺭﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﻤﻘﺎﺭﻨﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺘﺼﻨﻴﻔﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﺴﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻤﻭل ﺒﻬﺎ ﻓﻰ ﻤﺭﺍﻜﺯ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺜﺔ . ﻜﺫﻟﻙ ﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺁﺭﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﻭﺍﻷﻁﺒﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﻴﻥ ﺤﻭ ل ﺇﻤﻜﺎﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﺎﺩل ﻓﻰ ﻋﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﻴﻥ . ﻭﺃﺨﻴﺭﺍ ﻫﺩﻓﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴـﺔ ﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓـﺔ ﺃﻫـﻡ ﺍﻷﺴﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺠﻌل ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻲ ﻴـﺫﻫﺒﻭﻥ ﻟﻤﺭﺍﻜـﺯ ﺍﻟﻌـﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴـﺩﻱ ﺒـﺩﻻ ﻋـﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﻴﺎﺕ. ﻭﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻷﻫﺩﺍﻑ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺤﻲ، ﺤﻴـﺙ ﻗﺎﻤـﺕ ﺒﺘﺼﻤﻴﻡ ﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﻟﺠﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺕ ﻟﻔﺌﺎ ﺕ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﻭﻤﺭﺍﻓﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻲ ﻭﺍﻷﻁﺒﺎﺀ، ﺤﻴﺙ (10) ﺒﻠﻐﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ (10) ﺸﻴﻭﺥ، ﻭ ( 92 ) ﺃﻁﺒﺎﺀ ﻨﻔﺴـﻴﻴﻥ، ﻭ ﻤـﻥ ﻤﺭﺍﻓﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻰ . ﻭﻟﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﻤﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﺍﻟﺭﺴﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻨﻴﺔ، ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺴﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺌﻭﻴﺔ ﻟﻭﺼﻑ ﺒﻴﺎﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ، ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻋﻥ ﻁﺭﻴﻕ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻟﺤﺯﻤـﺔ ﺍﻹﺤﺼـﺎﺌﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻠﻭﻡ ﺍ .(SPSS) (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) ﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴـﺔ ﻭﻗﺩ ﺃﻭﻀﺤﺕ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻵﺘﻲ: 1. ﺘﺸﺎﺒﻪ ﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺨﻴﺹ ﻓﻰ ﻤﺠﻤﻠﻬﺎ ﻟﻜل ﺍﻻﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻤﻌﺘﻤﺩﺓ ﻓـﻰ ﺫﻟﻙ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺒﺎﻻﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﺒﺒﺎﺕ . 2. ﺍﺭﺘﺒﺎﻁ ﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﻟﻼﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻌﺎﻤل ﺍﻟﺭﻭﺤـﻲ ﻟﺘﺸـﺨﻴﺹ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺽ ﻭﺨﺒﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﻭﻭﻀﻊ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﺦ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﻭﺍﻷﺴﺭﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺭﻭﺙ ﻋﺒﺭ

ﺍﻷﺠﻴﺎل، ﻭﺍﻗﺘﻨﺎﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻴﺽ ﻭﺃﻫﻠﻪ ﺒﻔﺎﻋﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼـﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﺩﻴﻬﻡ ﺘﻘﺴﻴﻡ ﻟﻼﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻤﺒﻨﻲ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﻷﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﻤﺎﺕ ﺒﺎﻹﻀﺎﻓﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻘﺩ ﺍﻻﺠﺘ ﻤﺎﻋﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺌﺩ ﻋﻥ ﺃﺴﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺽ. 3. ﺃﻥ ﻫﻨﺎﻟﻙ ﻋﺩﺓ ﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﻤﺴﺎﻋﺩﺓ ﻟﻠﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ، ﻭﻫﻰ ﺘﻭﻓﺭ ﻨﻭﻋﺎ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺠﻴﺔ ﺸﺒﻴﻪ ﺒﺒﻌﺽ ﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺙ ﻤﺜﻼ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺭﻓﻲ ﻭﺍﻹﺭﺸﺎﺩﻱ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺄﻫﻴﻠﻲ ﻭﺍﻷﺴﺭﻱ ...ﺍﻟﺦ. 4. ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭ ﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﺩﻴﻬﻡ ﺘﻘﺴﻴﻡ ﻟﻺﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻤﺒﻨﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻋﺭﺍﺽ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﻤﺎﺕ ﺒﺎﻹﻀﺎﻓﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﺘﻘﺩ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺌﺩ ﻋﻥ ﺃﺴـﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺽ . 5. ﺘﻭﺠﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻕ ﺩﺍﻟﺔ ﺍﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﹰﺎ ﻓﻰ ﻤﺩﺓ ﻤﺘﺎﺒﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻰ ﻟﻠﻌﻼﺝ ﻭﻤـﺩﺓ ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻤـﺔ ﻭﻋﺩﺩ ﻤﺭﺍﺕ ﺫﻫﺎﺒﻬﻡ ﻟﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﻴﺎﺕ ﺘﻭﻀﺢ ﻁﻭل ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺩﺓ ﻟﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ. 6. ﺘﻭﺠﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻕ ﺩﺍﻟﺔ ﺍﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﹰﺎ ﻓﻰ ﻤﺩﺓ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﺸﻔﺎﺀ ﺘﺒﻌﹰﺎ ﻟﻨﻭﻉ ﺍﻹﻀـﻁﺭﺍﺏ ﻓـﻰ ﻜﻤﺎ ﻴﻭﺠـﺩ ، ﺤﺎﻟﺘﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺩﻯ ﻓﻘﻁ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻜﺎﻤل ﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻁﺏ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺙ ﺘﻔﺎﻋل ﺒﻴﻥ ﻨﻭﻉ ﺍﻻﻀﻁﺭﺍﺏ ﻤﻊ ﻨﻭﻉ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﺠﺎﺒﺔ ﻋﻠـﻰ ﺍﻟﻤـﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺴـﺘﻐﺭﻗﺔ ﻟﻼﺴﺘﺸﻔﺎﺀ ﻓﻰ ﺤﺎﻟﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺩﻯ ﻓﻘﻁ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻤ ﺘﻜﺎﻤل. 7. ﺃﻥ ﺍﻻﻀﻁﺭﺍﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺫﻫﺏ ﻟﻤﺭﺍﻜﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺜﺔ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻐﺎﻟﺏ ﻤﻥ ﻨﻭﻉ ﺍﻷﻤﺭﺍﺽ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺘﺤﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺭﻋﺎﻴﺔ ﻁﺒﻴﺔ ﻓﻰ ﻜل ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺍﺤـل، ﻭﺘﻌﺠﺯ ﺍﻟﻭﺴﺎﺌل ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺩﻴﺔ ﺒﺘﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﺍﻜﺯ ﻤﻥ ﺍﺴﺘﻴﻌﺎﺒﻬﺎ. 8. ﺃﻥ ﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﺩﻴﻬﻡ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﻌﺩﺍﺩ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﻤﻊ ﻤﺭﺍﻜﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴ ﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺜﺔ، ﻭﺒﻨﻔﺱ ﺍﻟﻘﺩﺭ ﺇﺘﺴﻤﺕ ﺍﺘﺠﺎﻫﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﻁﺒﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﻴﻥ ﻨﺤـﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻌـﺎﻭﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻤل ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﻅﺎﻡ ﺍ ﻟﻁﺒﻰ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺙ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﻅﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﻊ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼـﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺝ ﺒﺎﻹﻴﺠﺎﺒﻴﺔ

9- ﻜﻤﺎ ﺍﻥ ﺍﻷﻁﺒﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﻴﻥ ﻟﻡ ﻴﻤﺎﻨﻌﻭﺍ ﻤﻥ ﺘﺩﺭﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﻜﻭﺍﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﻠﺔ ﺒﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻁـﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺴﺱ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻴﺜﺔ ﻭﺃﻭﻀﺤﻭﺍ ﺍﻟﻜﻴﻔﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻰ ﻴﻤﻜﻥ ﺍ ﻥ ﻴـﺘﻡ ﺒﻬﺎ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﻜﺎﻤل . 10- ﻴﺫﻫﺏ ﻤﺭﺍﻓﻘﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻲ ﺒﺫﻭﻴﻬﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺭﻀﻲ ﻟﻤﺴﺎﻴﺩ ﻋﻼﺝ ﺍﻟﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﻟﻌﺩﺓ ﺍﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺃﻫﻤﻬﺎ : ﻨﻅﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻟﻠﻤﺭﻴﺽ ﺍﻟﻨﻔﺴـﻲ، ﻭﺍﻋﺘﻘـﺎﺩﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﺠـﺎﺯﻡ ﺒﻔﺎﻋﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﻨﺏ ﺍﻟﺭﻭﺤﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺌﺩﻱ ﻓ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻭﺥ ﻰ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻴﺔ ﻋﻼﺝ . ﻭﻓﻰ ﺨﺎﺘﻤﺔ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻗﺎﻤﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺤﺜﺔ ﺒﻭﻀﻊ ﺨﺎﺘﻤﺔ ﻤﺎ ﺘﻭﺼﻠﺕ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴـﺔ . ﻜﻤﺎ ﺫﻴﻠﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺒﻔﻬﺭﺱ ﻟﻠﻤﺭﺍﺠﻊ، ﻭﺁﺨﺭ ﻟﻠﻤﻼﺤﻕ ، ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻭﺼﻴﺎﺕ
